They usually aren’t devs but artists, they use zero-code opensource drag’n’drop tools like UnrealEngine and slap scripts they found online together and claim that “As an artist I made it myself!” while never hiring professional programmers and then having the audacity to go on a crusade against AI art for “taking their jobs”… Get used to it.
As a programmer, I can tell you that we have been replaced years ago…
random skin tones, random hair colors, random clothing accessories, etc, random features which make fipets look atleast slightly different from each other.
I understand programming games and designing them takes a lot of time and effort and I don't expect this feature anytime soon, but I do think it would be an interesting addition later in the future.
Maybe modding support in the future so people can create their own fipets and share them with the community? (Doesn't need to be super advanced lol)

devs need to relearn the art of optimizing their damn games
Unfortunately that is just how unreal 5 is
I do not think the dev can do anything about unreal bad optimization that aside from switching engines

I Like the Demo, and i play it some times,
but it would be cool if are some Fipets in the Lake.

-it will be a procedural open world?
-it will have extense build customization?
-fipets can be customized whit clothes?, and or potions that affect their body?, they have personality or kenshi like stats?
-can (or will) u add cowgirls?
